What gives it a 2* is the personalised message that was sent with the gift. I can only describe it as if a child had written the message on an A4 piece of paper. Scruffy handwriting with the company logo printed on top of the paper.
Took it out and replaced it with a neater version on a card rather than an A4 piece of paper that the company used to print their letters.
Shocking and embarrassing.
