I bought 4 tickets to the raffle and got one small free gift. A friend who bought one ticket also got one free gift. Surely I should have got 4? I would also say that all 4 of the whisky's I received were all underwhelming.
Then the long deal in sending things out. I know you blamed couriers but I was expecting the goods to be shipped at the beginning of the week as you stated on your literature and not on the Friday when the courier then let you down.
