First time i’ve used RGWC as usually stick to my tried and tested retailers however, it was my own fault not being quick enough when their allocation of a particular bottle I wanted went up for sale so noticed from a newsletter email that RGWC would be selling the same bottle at 2pm.
I purchased the bottle at 2pm/2.01pm and checked out successfully. Brilliant. Received an email later in the day to advise they had oversold their allocation due to a system error at their end (even though my order number preceded that of others I knew who bought the same bottle) and would issue a refund and would send “a little something” as an apology.
Fair enough these things happen so can’t get too upset about it.
Appreciated the correspondence offering their apologies and advising of methods they’ll be adopting in the future to prevent similar outcomes.
Received my refund a couple of days later and never did receive that “little something” which again is a little disappointing.
