Original order was delayed as DPD trailer broke down. The flowers’ condition deteriorated overnight. When I called company they refunded me in total, sent replacement bouquet and a candle to my sister and another bouquet to me. They were just gorgeous and we were both so impressed at the company’s actions to amend. Thoroughly recommend and will now use regularly.
