The flowers were delivered in poor condition. My mother in law had to send photographs and an email to get a replacement bunch sent out. The issue was resolved but I am really disappointed, the flowers were to cheer her up at a difficult time not to add a job to her to-do list. Had she not had the energy to complain I would have unknowingly paid £50 for some flowers that had turned brown on day two.
