Item I ordered didn't match the photo, appeared to be old and tatty, and didn't even work. It's not that difficult to check items work before sending them out.
During the return process I kept being asked for info that the seller clearly already had access to ("what was the item number?", "what's the Royal Mail tracking number?"). Very annoying; why should I be the one having to find the info? Staff should be capable of looking up item numbers etc themselves
