I ordered four pairs of sticks. A week goes by and nothing, I emailed - no reply.
Then, 11 days after my initial order, I got a call saying one pair were out of stock.
They refunded me for the out of stock sticks, fair enough, and despatched the others...11 days after my initial order.
I try to support independent retail, but I won't be supporting this independent retailer again.
