I have nothing but praise for Kev and this Company. In short, I purchased one of the latest Remo bass drum heads at their stand at the UK Drum Show. Their staff on stand were very helpful but I got the size wrong ie got a 22” instead of a 24”. I needed the 24 for Saturday but wasn’t able to call them until about 4.50pm on the Thursday prior. Obviously by that time Courier long gone but Kev was very helpful and said he had a 24, the last one in Europe at that time and offered to Courier it Friday for delivery on the Saturday. I made the arrangements which included me adding bass drum beater on the Friday morning and sure enough, at lunchtime DHL Fri the package with both items…. A huge thank you to both R& D and DHL the courier for achieving this delivery, from Derby to North Essex !!!!! IN TIME…. I have no hesitation in recommending Rattle & Drum to fellow drummers for any Drum related requirements, advice or purchases, only wish that Derby was not so far away. Sadly the Bank pulled the rug on our local store but thanks to m
