Great customer service which is important for me as a customer and prices are good. The only drawback is items sold out very quickly, it took a while for it to be back in stock. Delivery is all depends on their 3rd party courier, which is out of R&D control. Sometimes the delivery is good but on occasion the courier didn’t show up as arranged. I have to contact R&D to let them know so that they could reschedule delivery.
