The book choices are great, the packaging beautiful and the mystery of not finding out your choice until the book is delivered is exciting. Being given the option of choosing from two books is inspiring and makes me think about what I'd like to read without knowing who the author is. Also, customer service and communication are excellent. It really is the gift that keeps on giving!
