I love the idea of Rare Birds - it's a really fun concept and a good chance to find books from different genres. I also love the sustainable packaging used when delivering the products. I have so far received 2 books and can't say I loved them , however (not Rare Bird's fault of course!), so perhaps my suggestion would be to offer a third suggestion or a free post return/exchange service. However, on the whole I think this is a great service and have been recommending it to friends and family
