I ordered a gift of membership to the book club for my sister’s birthday. I opted for a voucher to be sent out but then emailed to ask this to be changed to an online voucher as I realised it wouldn’t arrive by post in time for her birthday. My mistake, but was disappointed that I didn’t get a reply to my email to get this sorted. I understand that it must be a busy time for the business though! My sister is delighted with her membership! Thanks.
