Extremely disappointed with Rare Bird who accepted my £150 gift purchase via it’s online app, but then informed me 2 days later that they couldn’t accommodate my request and were processing a refund. Had the app not accepted my order, I would have looked elsewhere. Beware - read all of their FAQ’s before placing an order or you will be disappointed like me and the recipient (NOT) of my gift purchase. To Rare Bird - fix your front end order system...don’t put key details in an FAQ which is buried at the bottom of your web-site. Will be discouraging as many people as I can from using this company.
