I am quite delighted with the two divan beds and mattresses recently delivered - the two delivery men very helpfully - carried everything up the outside staircase and into the room. One slider was missing from one of the beds as the plastic bag was split and it must have fallen out somewhere - however after a phone call to you resulted in a replacement arriving very quickly The only criticism is that one mattress is 10" deep and the other one (noticeably) only 9" deep - however I am accepting the delivery as complete and do not think it is necessary to change the mattress - these beds will only be used when some of my grandsons stay. In would finally say - the purchase is very good value.
