Bought a very reasonably priced, recycled PC. It came on time but suffered a couple of problems. However, the team at Rapid IT were very quick to efficiently sort out the problems. they gave clear and polite instructions and good technical assistance. The unit was eventually replaced (all postage costs covered) and all was sorted out 'rapidly'. I would use Rapid IT again.
