After a nightmare experience with a DIFFERENT company, who took a large sum of money for nothing but corrupt files and spent another 2 weeks prolonging the problem, avoiding calls and being unfathomably unhelpful - I went to R3 for help, who managed to return all my files within 2 days at half the price. Even after the job was complete they have still been helpful and reassuring in every way. I would highly recommend R3.
I have found negative reviews in regards to the other data recovery agency, I wish I saw them earlier.
