I had an external hard drive that had stopped working. I did take it to scurry’s PC World to try to recover the data, but they didn’t find all the files and their service was wholly unsatisfactory. I mentioned this to a mate who recommended this company (“you speak to a real human being”). I duly rung them, and they were very pleasant on the phone. I sent off my drive and the managed to retrieve the entire contents and get me my files back within a week. I wish all companies were like R3 Data Recovery - they were a joy to deal with from start to finish. Perfect service !
