Our organisation had a mechanical failure on one of our external hard drives. We were pleasantly surprised with the knowledge about the recovery process. Our organisation decided to use this company to have our data recovered. R3 even sent out a private hire organisation to collect the hard drive. A very nice gesture. Our organisation staff's was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Data was recovered very quickly and efficiently. All the way through we were told what the progress was of the recovery. Would use again in the worst case scenario. This company should be noted in any companies contingency plans.
