I called many times explaining I wanted a joint application divorce. Agreed a price of £488 and was told that was it. Well after 2 days I got the paperwork through and it was a sole application. I asked them to amend this but they wouldn’t. Said they would look into it and call me back obviously they didn’t. So many more phone calls and emails and they agree to refund me. Now get email saying they won’t. Totally lied to as wasn’t told about almost £600 court cost on top aswell. Stressful enough time without losing £488 but I’m not going to let this go and will take it further through the right channels. Also asked them to check all the recorded calls to see I stated it was a mural joint decision. Absolute jokers and fraudsters
