Always been happy with sales team and service staff since owning first Vauxhall Mokka in 2014. This latest purchase is a very big deal for the wife and I and we had hoped to speak with Bradley Nathan who has served us since that time but unfortunately he is still on furlough. However Peter White looked after us well enough and helped us to place order for Mokka e.
Some of the definitions and costs related to 'Dealer Fitted Accessories' were unclear but Peter was kind enough to talk us through those from his home on Saturday. The only upsetting thing was that the part exchange value for our current car as give by Vauxhall valuation team online was £10,340 but because the new Mokka won't be ready for 10 weeks, the offer made was only £9,800. Peter would not consider any higher offer which was Very disappointing. The decrease represents a 5% reduction in 10 weeks, equating to a 27% reduction per year. I cannot understand how the offer made by Quest duffers so much from the Vauxhall Valuation team.
