I would say the communication and professionalism has been great. I would say the business model is aligned with the clients rather Than thinking of short term profits I believe the business is structured to think of long term customers. So far there has been honest communication which is important. I would say the site needs to be simplier and less congested with information and should also provide information to future clients a due diligence questionaire as well as the companies own real results from the trading strategy. This helps build trust
