Sorry, there is no option for "ZERO STARS" ! Don't be fooled by all the rubbish on their website. "CHECK a TRADE" or "WHICH" or any other body would never have gone to check anything ! They just get PAID to advertise for any rubbish service. They charged us £100 to clean one straight down pipe and the test of the job would have been just empty a bucket of water in it and see it gets to the ground !! BUT they made up so many stories and told us to wait for rain and check it. We finally gave up, no need for hassle ! Most stupid service one has ever received. AVOID THESE CON MEN .
