Helpful, came the next day. Service was complete and efficient. The only issue was when phoning up, was unable to book a time as the 'calendar' was not in the office. Made what should have been a simple 5 minute call, into 4 calls that spread across the whole day. If I wasn't so lazy (and our estate agents hadn't of recommended QD) I would have phoned someone else straight away. Everyone I spoke to was really nice and helpful, but the 'calendar' situation was frustrating when trying to sort out a drainage emergency and working out times e.t.c.
