i’ve been asked for feedback prior to having any calls to get started so feel like i’m being left to fend for myself at this early stage. It feels a bit like “right you’ve signed up, that’s our bit done” - but it’s still very early….so first impressions aren’t great to be honest. time will tell if this changes
