Never use this company!
The reasons:
· after a long sequence of accountancy errors (VAT, personal tax return, submission of RTI to HMRC etc), their woefully inadequate services cost me c£1700 in lost tax refund by mishandling the closure of my company.
· Their ineffective complaints procedure completely failed to satisfactorily deal with my complaints.
