Following the accident we made an initial call to provide the relevant infomation regarding the accident and the vehicle and personal details of the other driver. I think there may have been one further call from QDOS requiring clarification on some aspects. Otherwise the whole process has progressed quietly, professionally, and with a minimum contact.
We have now collected the vehicle duly repaired, and could not thank those involved with our case enough for their excellent support and service in dealing with the whole matter.
