Had some vinyl floor laid and it took six weeks after paying for it for it to be fitted - poor communication from the company.
Now it has been fitted it has wrinkled in parts, it lifts up when being vacuumed and I was charged for two door bars that weren't even fitted! I contacted the shop but the matter hasn't been resolved to my satisfaction. Very unprofessional and uncaring company. I won't use them again and cannot recommend them at all.
