We entered the showroom and were met by a very helpful young man , James , we had a idea as what we wanted , so took on board recommended products that were suitable for our requirements and dismissed any not , From start to actually laying the flooring , James bent over backwards to accommodate our dates , storage etc as we were working around tradesmen finishing off before flooring could be finished and we were never pressured into anything , prices were very competitive if not better than other outlets, although the total cost was expensive due to number off rooms done , we came away very happy and pleased with the tradesmens fitting skills , And a big big thanks to the sales man James for his patience , knowledge , for making a seem less process
