Purple Bricks are dishonest and incompetent.
Our point of contact is not passing on required information to other estate agents in the chain and does not respond to calls or messages.
PurpleBricks accepted a conveyancing quote without either informing us of the cost or forwarding us the quote, the quote was over £1600.00 more than the average figure we were being quoted elsewhere.
PurpleBricks are refusing to discuss any of this with us .
Appalling company.
