Pure Luxuries could not have done more. I was delighted with the bag I purchased as a gift and the fact that I received a 50% discount. I also ordered a gift box. Unfortunately the gift box was broken on arrival and a replacement arrived by overnight delivery. This two was broken and a refund for the gift box was issued immediately. Their customer service was excellent. Thank you to Dan. I would definitely use this company again.
