I am very pleased with the concka rucksack I recently bought from Pure Luxuries. I nearly had to send it back, however, as on arrival I couldn’t unzip the bag. After some time I managed to release the zip and found it had become caught in the lining. I have now trimmed the lining but it was annoying and surely bags should be checked before dispatch?
