My father did not want a fuss so the concept of a direct cremation seemed like the perfect idea. Pure Cremation were fantastic - the team were at the end of the phone to answer any queries and kept us informed at every stage of the process. My father's ashes were hand delivered with utmost care and attention to detail in the packaging. As a family we now have the freedom to say goodbye when he can be reunited with our mother.
