Very professional, keeps you up to date with how things are progressing. The only thing that I was not aware of was the ashes came in a wooden box instead of a nice casket. So I think it would be a nice gesture if this was explained at the time of making a n enquiry. Some people it would make no difference,but people like me it was a bit of a shock. Other than that I would definitely recommend Pure Cremation and thank you for being so calm and helpful.
