From start to finish I was dealt with compassion and professionalism. I was not sure that this was what I wanted for my father, but this is what he wanted. The pressure that it took off myself and children was unimaginable as there were no other family. We are now able to do our own memorial with my dads ashes and celebrate him in our own way.
