Absolutely brilliant service I really am so happy we chose pure cremation it was so easy as soon as I called to say my hubby passed away they did everything for me I really couldn't have coped otherwise every step of the way they called you get your own personal person and they call to see how you are I really can't thank them enough for everything they did The gentleman who brought the Ashes home was lovely having a chat saying he was chatting to my hubby and had classical music on he phoned to say what time he would be here then phoned to let me know he's running 30mins later tube strike so traffic terrible then but things like that are so irrelevant So thank you so much for the care and service you gave me I have recommended people to you and am certainly going to arrange my own with you all our family live in different parts of the country then me in London so everyone is having a lunch when they are ready on my hubby It's all so much nicer this way Also the box the Ashes are in is beautiful all trees and nature I actually cried because it's so beautiful sent pictures to all family and everyone said how much nicer it was than what they have received in the past Once again a Big Thank you Gaynor
