Pure Cremation - what can I say except a heartfelt thank you. Absolute 1st class service from beginning to end. They did everything I asked of them with calm, patient, empathetic professionalism. On one occasion, our liaison person Connor Wake rang to ask a question and caught me on a rough day but calmly allowed me a tearful 'vent' which helped, more than I'm sure he realised. Got me over that 'hump' so especial thanks to him. The way the ashes were respectfully carried when returned stood out for me. Both the lady who brought my mother-in-laws ashes back (apologies her name escapes me) and Connor are definately 'in the right job'. Thank you on on behalf of myself and my husband . Jayne Rickard
