I became aware of the different way you could arrange a cremation through TV ads but was rather unsure exactly how it would work. We had a crematorium service for my father but with my sisters, we decided to use Pure Cremation for my mother. It was incredibly straightforward and all of the people we dealt with along the way were very professional and empathetic. I cannot fault anyone, from the team who collected my mother to all of the teams and designated person who kept me informed during the process. It certainly didn’t feel impersonal in any way and I would definitely recommend Pure Cremation.
