both my parents passed away in the last few months ' and both parents had pure cremation . we had such a problem with the doctors and there handling of the paper work ' & pure cremation did there upmost to rectify this . they kept me up to date with everything on a daily basis '. they even played my parents favourite music the time of there cremation .. the biggest thank you was to Steph the lady who brought both my parents back home to me .. she showed so much kindness and compassion . she was bery smart and very professional .. being alone when my dad came back she gave me a hug which went up and beyond her dutys .. so a big thank you.
