The team at pure cremation were extramley amazing and so understanding and they showed empathy towards myself when dealing with my later dad's cremation, they kept me informed or the process every step of the way so i knew what was happening, and Pat the lady that hand deleivered my dad back to me was so lovely and very understanding that she was happy to stand and talk to me about him, they are all amazing and I have already got a plan for my mum in place and will be looking at one for myself, keep up the great amazing work Pure Cremation you made a very sad and tramatic time easy for me deal with so thank you so much
