Couldn't recommend Puck Stop more. We had ordered skates for our daughters birthday from elsewhere, which we hadn't had an update on. Her birthday was approaching so I rang them and the item was "out of stock" but we hadn't beeen told. I cancelled the order and then only had 2 days to source and receive skates for her birthday. We contacted Puck Stop. Customer service & empathy, second to none! Nothing too much trouble. They helped us find what we wanted and we placed the order at 3pm Wednesday afternoon, the order was waiting Thursday morning at 8am. Absolutely incredible service and one very happy daughter! I can't remember the staff member we dealt with but if I had, massive shout out to him. All round in general, absolutely fantastic! Thankyou again (5* plus)
