Excellent customer service! I reached out to the team regarding recreational skates and I got a response REALLY quickly. The subsequent email correspondence couldn't be faulted, I asked a number of questions and one in particular about sizing met with a response of a photo of a drawn outline of someone's foot to show me how to measure mine!! Really helpful and unexpected. The skates arrived really quickly and after ripping my little finger pulling the laces...(lesson learned) I am very pleased with them!
