I ordered a Blad Barber from Puck stop and it was unfortunately dispatched tothe wrong address. I contected them on Sat not really expecting anything untill the Monday and they were on it immediately - they emailed me straight back to apologise and dispatched a new one on the Saturday that arrived Monday (Royal mail so no Sunday delivery) I think the measure of customer service is not when everything works but in how an organisation resolves issues and I can honestly say the service I received from Puck Stop was second to none I would hapily reccomend them and will definately use them again without a second thought
