Finding the correct size on your website for a 12 year old was a nightmare and I still got it wrong! However, I spoke to one of your sales people who was extremely helpful and told how to return the items, and advised me of exactly what measurements to take: ie shoulder to shoulder, collar bone to belly button etc, which I then phoned in and he ordered the correct items. The order arrived very promptly the following day and everything fits. Thank you so much!
