I ordered 4 sizes of very small twist drills. These ranged from 0.6mm to 0.9mm, the smallist 2 sizes were unusable whilst the other 2 sizes were very poor quality. I rang UK Drills & reported the problem. They stated immedialely that they were sorry & would send replacements by 1st class post & these would be of a better quality. The replacements were very much better & I am now a happy customer. My only worry is how do I order the better quality drills if I should require a different size in the future.
