At first wrong item was delivered. I called the company who sent correct item no extra charges. I asked how to return the wrong one and they said keep it (£9 worth item) because return handling will be too much.
Customer service was very good. I would give 5 stars if correct item would have been shipped to start with.
The drill bits seems to be in low quality plastic boxes and I haven't used the bits yet so cannot say if they are fit for purpose
