on the 15th of September I received a substantial order of assorted drill bits but one of the items was faulty so I had to contact them. They were initially very courteous about this and agreed to send me a replacement item but it is almost 7 weeks later now and this item has still not arrived. I have tried twice to contact them about this through their websites "contact us" option but they have not even acknowledged my attempt to contact them on this matter so have no idea of what is happening about this issue. This will be the last time I use this company as up to now they have always been reliable with their delivery and exceptionally decent with their prices but if this is a sign of things to come I would rather go elsewhere in the future.
