My 2nd time using Prospect Tree Mortgages Ltd and I’m very pleased I did. We needed additional borrowing as we’re planning an extension. Even though our situation and requirements are never straight forward, Matt and Robin were absolutely brilliant in dealing with our application. we were constantly updated on how the application was progressing and provided timescales on when to expect further updates. We also updated all our other policies which were long other due for a renew.
