Like many similar new cars, my Jaguar I-pace came without a spare wheel. I was planning an overland trip with it to south Italy from Malta and started getting anxious about the lack of a spare wheel on top of my range anxiety! I checked with the local Jaguar agent that I had bought the car from and they quoted some hundreds of euros and 2 to 3 months delivery! In came Promotor to the rescue. 30% of the price and immediate delivery! Only difference that i can see is that it is not labelled jaguar, and does not come with a jaguar carry bag. Great job to all, but a special mention to Justyna in Customer Care who was always immediate with her replies and attention! Well done all. And now I hope that this is a waste of money, and I will NEVER use the wheel I bought! :) PS, importing from UK to the EU after Brexit is a pain and obviously more complicated with VAT and Import duties etc, but once again, Promotor helped with getting me a UK VAT refund after I paid my VAT in Malta. Good job once again :)
