The so-called "balcony" paint from Promain is expensive and not suitable for use on balconies for the below reasons: 1.) It is slippery when any rubber soled shoes are used on it when wet. I had to put an additional coat of the paint with a mixture of kiln dried sand to remove its slippery properties. 2.) After a month of being in use, it has already started bubbling after a few rainy days. Balcony paint is expected to be non-slip and be able to resist rainy conditions. In my experience this paint, although market for balconies, is not fix for purpose.
