I purchased yellow line mark paint and stencils to cover existing carpark lines for a client the paint would not mix or paint it was like treacle so I called technical department who then said it has had complaints about this before in colder regions , there was no mention of this when purchasing I was then told to put paint tin in bucket of hot water for about half an hour tried this and it was still like treacle so gave up and had to purchase other paint to complete task, the paint was expensive so thought it would be best option how wrong was I and because the tin was opened no return or refund was offered will not be using this company in future. The stencil I ordered was a LARGE wheelchair and come as a small stencil so again disappointed.
